Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Pre-order items will normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days unless a different estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page or communicated to you by our Customer Experience Team.

Please note that dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the delivery service selected and your location.
